Class Series: Yoga for the Teen Athlete

The teen athlete has a special set of interests: enhancing body awareness, optimizing performance, preventing injury and developing concentration to help find the state of "flow". Yoga is the perfect cross-training to meet those goals. Jaci provides a practice specific to these interests that also cultivates strength, flexibility and balance.
