Hatha Yoga

In this Hatha Yoga class, students will explore a carefully composed sequence of asanas or poses while focusing on proper alignment and breath work.  These sequences of poses are designed to help balance the “ha” energy or sun energy with the “tha” or the lunar energy.  This balance of both masculine and feminine energies will help to achieve both greater balance and power while preparing the students body and mind for relaxation and meditation.
