Kiddieland and Chicagoland's Amusement Parks of the Past

From Kiddieland to Riverview Park, the Chicago area has been home to many historic amusement parks.  Join us at the Brookfield Public Library on Saturday, January 28 1:00 p.m. as we host local history enthusiast Edward Kwiatkowski who will present “Kiddieland Memories and Chicagoland’s Amusement Parks of the Past.”

Kwiatkowski, who is the host and photographer of the Chicago-based internet site Eddie's Railfan Page (http://eddiesrailroad.blogspot.com), will present a musical, photo- slideshow presentation and discuss the histories of many beloved, former Chicagoland amusement parks.

If you can remember such local, fun, family places like Riverview Park in Chicago, Adventureland in Addison, Playland Park in Justice, and Kiddieland in Melrose Park then you won't want to miss this entertaining presentation at the Brookfield Public Library.  Come reminisce with us!
