The La Grange Business Association (LGBA) will host its Halloween Walk & Fall Festival, a new event, on Saturday, Oct. 27 with a full day of fall-themed activities in the shops and restaurants of the downtown area.
The traditional Halloween Walk will kick things off from 10AM – 12:30PM as staffers from the Greater La Grange YMCA lead costumed pirates, witches, goblins and their families on a trick-or-treat parade. The walk begins at Cossitt School playground with treats provided by local merchants and World’s Finest Chocolate.
Over 30 merchants will offer a spirited schedule of activities and retail incentives lasting until after dark like costume contests and pet photos, wine and beer tastings, art events, pumpkin decorating, make-your-own caramel apples, fall decorating tips, even an outdoor dance party plus discounts and sale items.

As an added incentive to spend the day in La Grange, a punch card will be distributed and customers will be entered in a drawing to win great gifts with every $30 spent at participating merchants on Oct. 27.
