Event features Live Music from local musicians Bobby Georges and Matthew Arendt who will be performing Rock & Blues. Chef Nick's Food Pairings include Wagyu beef stuffed jalapenos with roasted red pepper sauce, portabella & swiss blended brats, ale braised cabbage on toast, pork belly sliders with stout caramel glaze & pickled red onion, brunkow organic baked cheese with brown sugar lemon glaze.
