Rock n' Yoga with Anne Unger

It's Friday night! Come heat up with a detoxifying, high energy yoga class set to the music that always got you
moving!

Anne will lead a vinyasa routine that will flow from a basic vinyasa into easy-to-follow sequences—with the music cranked to classic rock (think Zeppelin, Stones, etc.), allowing you to feel and move with the tunes that have and continue to shape your life. While some attention to alignment principals will be given, this class will be much more about independent movement, following Anne as she leads you through a vigorous routine, watching for the transitions and listening for proper alignment techniques.

This class is best suited to practitioners with a regular practice and vinyasa experience (Open Yoga and above). Be sure to bring a towel and your water bottle!
