The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia possesses one of the world's greatest collections of late 19th and 20th century art. Art historian Jeff Mishur will introduce a number of outstanding works of art on display at The Barnes and discuss the eccentric and didactic installations of paintings, sculptures, furniture, and applied arts devised by Dr. Barnes.
Recent developments at the Barnes Foundation inspired the documentary The Art of the Steal.
