Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

Stress can present itself in many ways. Maybe it’s general or specific to an activity such as public speaking, test taking, driving or social interactions. Stress and anxiety create additional challenges in life leaving you feeling depleted and distracted.
Mary will take you through a practice focusing on specific poses, breathing techniques and meditation to help alleviate stress.
