Ex-La Grange Park Cop Injured In Crash: Reports
He and his wife were among those injured and taken to the hospital, media said.
LA GRANGE PARK, IL – Tim Geroulis, a former officer with the La Grange Park Police Department, was taken to the hospital after a crash Tuesday, according to Rockford media reports.
The crash occurred about 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 39 about 20 miles south of Rockford, TV station WIFR reported.
Geroulis, a 29-year-old of Plainfield, left the police department in 2020.

State police said another driver, Clearthis Gardner, 79, of Maywood, crossed the median and hit the car driven by Geroulis, according to WIFR. Gardner died.
Geroulis' wife, Michelle Geroulis, 30, was among those identified as seriously injured and taken to a hospital, the station said.
