Kick/Sculpt/Core

A cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy-to-follow Boot Camp Style format. This class will challenge you by doing short segments of cardio-vasular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of mult-muscle toning.
Wednesdays at 7:40pm
The Bender Barre Method: It’s the best of Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and Strength. Focus is on improving flexibility, range of motion and balance. Get ready to sculpt Long, lean muscle and improve core strength!
Thursdays at 8:45am
R.I.P.P.E.D.
Want to take it to the next level after Toned N Strong? Maximize your workout with R.I.P.P.E.D. The Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric and Endurance workouts.
