FAMILY OF NAPERVILLE PEDESTRIAN KILLED TAKES LEGAL ACTION

LaGrange, IL – (November 12, 2014) – The family of Emily Driscoll filed paperwork to begin the legal process by opening an Estate on her behalf. Emily Driscoll, 22, was walking her rescued greyhound dog, Quincy, home on November 9. As she crossed Rickert Drive at its intersection with Book Road, she was struck by a car driven by Kenneth E. Holmberg, 74, of Plainfield. Driscoll’s dog also died as a result of the crash.
