Grand Avenue Preschools Honored by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation
This re-accreditation marks nine years of accreditation for Grand Avenue and they are the only nationally accredited preschool in the area.

Grand Avenue Preschools are proud to announce their recent re-accreditation by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), an independent early childhood accrediting organization. This re-accreditation marks nine years of accreditation for Grand Avenue Preschools. Grand Avenue is the only nationally accredited preschool in the area by this organization.
The accreditation process by the NECPA is rigorous and assesses quality in the areas of academics, adult and child interaction, cleanliness, safety, physical environment and school administration. Once a school is accredited, a re-accreditation is required every three years. “We are thrilled to once again receive our re-accreditation from the NECPA. Accreditation requires a lot of work, but we want to provide our parents an independent third party seal of approval that Grand Avenue early childhood programs go way above the norm,” said Dan Rizzardini, Director of the La Grange location.
Grand Avenue Preschool offers academic programs for children ages two through Kindergarten. In addition, the school offers before/after school programs for children up to 5th grade. For 33 years, parents have trusted Grand Avenue Preschools as the important first step in their child’s education. Their program focuses on fully preparing children academically and socially for their elementary education years. Grand Avenue Directors are in regular contact with local area grade schools to use the same teaching tools as they do, such as Jolly Phonics© and Handwriting without Tears© to ensure a smooth transition to kindergarten.
