the grand opening of Training for Warriors DuPage in Villa Park

We are very excited to announce the grand opening of Training for Warriors DuPage in Villa Park!  We are a fitness and sports performance center with over 4000 square feet of space, and over 1100 square feet of turf-there is plenty of room to keep you moving and active to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  You can try out Team Training sessions that cover a variety of metabolic, strength, and mobility training. 

Stop by Sunday, September 27th from 9am-1pm at 30 S. Villa Ave., directly next to Mike’s Meat Market.  Come meet owner and head coach, Josh Rupprecht, and the rest of his crew, and join us for great food, music, and win some amazing giveaways!
