Identifying and Addressing Speech and Language Challenges in Students
RAiSE (The Resource Association in Special Education) announces its next presentation
Tuesday, February 2, 2016, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM
Park Jr. High’s LRC, 333 N. Park Rd., La Grange Park, IL
Ms. Curley will discuss the typical development of speech and language skills during primary school years and red flags that intervention may be needed. Social language skills, the impact language disorders have on learning, and the relationship between language and literacy will also be discussed.
