Key La Grange Street May Be Closed To Deal With Gas Leak
Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time and consider alternate routes.
LA GRANGE, IL – A natural gas leak in the 300 block of Brainard Avenue in La Grange is being assessed by Nicor, the village announced Thursday afternoon.
As a precaution, gas service in the immediate area has been temporarily shut off, the village said.
The village warned of the potential of closing the 300 block of Brainard, depending on the extent of the repair needed.
