La Grange Behind Neighbors In DUI Arrests
Darien, Hinsdale and Elmhurst were far ahead of La Grange, a group's analysis shows.
LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange officers were well behind their counterparts in most area towns in making DUI arrests, a study released this week shows.
In 2023, La Grange officers recorded 15 DUI arrests, according to the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists. That works out to 0.5 arrests per officer. La Grange reported having 29 officers last year.
