La Grange Is Getting Crafty This Weekend
The 37th annual La Grange Art & Craft show hits downtown La Grange with the work of more than 200 exhibitors on display.

The La Grange Business Association will host the 37th Annual Downtown La Grange Art & Craft show this weekend. Quite an array of creativity and talents will be exhibited, with more than 200 exhibitors selling their wares from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Here’s a sampling of types of items available:
- Custom jewelry
- American Girl clothes
- Photography
- Stained glass
- Birdhouses
- Wrought iron and wooden lawn decorations
- Ceramics
- Herbs and spices
- Furniture
- Bean bag games
This is just a small representation of the types of items that will be for sale at the event. Food vendors will also be on hand with roasted corn, sandwiches, slushes, elephant ears, ice cream floats, fried candy bars, hot nuts and more on Harris Avenue. Popcorn, soda, and lemonade will be for sale on La Grange Road. You can always stop in for a meal or drink at one of La Grange’s great restaurants, too.

The show will be located in the downtown area of La Grange starting at the Burlington railroad tracks and extending south on La Grange Road to Cossitt Avenue, and on Harris Avenue starting at La Grange Road and extending west to Ashland Avenue.
