La Grange Man Accused Of Assault, Battery: Cops
In another case, a La Grange Highlands woman was arrested on a DUI charge, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police have released their latest blotter. Here is information from the reports:
Aggravated assault
- Nikolas A. Dambrauskas, 48, of La Grange, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of West Arlington Avenue on charges of aggravated assault and battery.
DUI

- Cari L. Butitta, 38, of La Grange Highlands, was arrested shortly before midnight July 21 on East 47th Street on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of liquor and driving on the sidewalk.
Retail theft
- Lance Alexander, 61, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 p.m. July 22 at Walgreens, 2 N. La Grange Road, on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass to real property. He has been arrested repeatedly in Elmhurst in recent months.
Bicycle theft

- An unlocked bicycle was reported stolen July 21 from the bicycle rack at La Grange Public Library, 10 W. Cossitt Ave. Valued at $795, the bicycle was found in another town and returned to the owner.
