La Grange Man Arrested On Domestic Battery Charge

In another case, a man and a woman stole clothing from a local store, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Friday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Orin Crumrine, 42, of La Grange, was arrested about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of East Cossitt Avenue on charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint. Police said they responded to a physical confrontation at a house.
  • A man and a woman entered Peak Running, 18 W. Burlington Ave., and stole several articles of Lululemon Athletica brand clothing Oct. 7. The items were valued at $300.
  • A person parked a car Oct. 4 in the parking garage in the 10 block of East Ogden Avenue. The next day, the car had trouble starting. It turned out the catalytic converter had been removed. The repair cost is estimated at $4,300.

Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and people charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
