La Grange Park Brothers Launch Salt Creek Advisory
They said the new firm will advise privately held companies on sales, acquisitions and succession.
LA GRANGE PARK, IL — Brothers Jack and Connor Pitts, who grew up in La Grange Park, have launched Salt Creek Advisory, a family-owned mergers and acquisitions advisory firm serving privately held business owners in the Midwest and across the country.
According to their announcement, the firm focuses on lower-middle-market companies and was created to provide family-owned and founder-led businesses with direct guidance as they consider a potential sale, acquisition or long-term succession plan.
Salt Creek Advisory works primarily with privately held businesses generating between $2 million and $75 million in annual revenue.

The firm provides sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services, business valuations, transaction preparation and strategic buyer research, according to the announcement. It also offers free, confidential business evaluations for owners who want to better understand what their company may be worth.
"We grew up around La Grange Park, and we are proud to build the firm from the community that raised us," said Jack Pitts, co-founder of Salt Creek Advisory. "Our goal is to give business owners honest advice, work directly alongside them and help protect what they spent years building."
