La Grange Park Man Attacks Chicago Restaurant Workers: Cops
The eatery's owner was sent to the hospital for head injuries, a TV station reported.
LA GRANGE PARK, IL – A La Grange Park man is facing felony charges after taking part in an attack on a restaurant's employees over the weekend in Chicago, police said.
Andrew Fedyk, 20, who lives in the 1200 block of South Beach Avenue in La Grange Park, was arrested on the felony charges of aggravated battery in a public place, aggravated battery involving great bodily harm and aggravated battery of a victim over 60, according to a Chicago police news release.
He also faces a misdemeanor charge of using a false identification card, police said.

The incident was alleged to have taken place about 2 a.m. Sunday at Barraco's Pizza in Chicago's Mount Greenwood neighborhood. This is the area where many Chicago police officers and firefighters live.
Fedyk and three other 20-year-old men were accused of battering four male employees, who were 20, 28, 45 and 61, police said.

The other suspects were identified as Harry Kenny of Glen Ellyn, Frank Paris of River Forest and John Powers IV of Oak Park.
ABC 7 reported Tuesday that 61-year-old restaurant owner Nick Barraco was hospitalized for head injuries.
The four men were asked to leave Barraco's because they were intoxicated and urinating on the bathroom floor, the TV station reported. The men were then said to have started a fight with four employees, including Barraco.
The men's lawyers told ABC7 that the restaurant's employees were the aggressors.
