"I'm a soldier for Donald Trump. I serve at the personal pleasure of Donald Trump, my supreme leader," Fuentes said.

In 2016, Fuentes graduated from Lyons Township High School, where he was the student body president. As of the last check, he remains a registered voter in La Grange Park, where his parents live.

"This is God's country. This is Jesus' country," Fuentes said at the time. "This is not the domain of atheists and devil worshippers, perfidious Jews. This is Christ's country."

Trump dined with Fuentes and West two days before Thanksgiving in 2022. After criticism of the meeting, Trump said he did not know Fuentes or his background.

In a later video, West, now known as Ye, said Trump was "really impressed" with Fuentes.

In a podcast in 2022, Fuentes said Trump was "awesome" because he was racist and sexist. But he lamented Trump was not antisemitic.
