LA GRANGE PARK, IL – The La Grange Park Fire Department said this week it is seeking paid-on-call firefighters.

The department said the jobs are a good opportunity for residents with other careers to serve the village. It is also considered a good path to start a career in fire or emergency medical services.

The department is now allowing those in neighboring towns who live near one of the village's fire stations to join.
