La Grange resident featured in BrightSide Theatre's production of "It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play"
BrightSide Theatre launches 4th season, "Celebrating Friends & Family", and is working with Linda Cunningham, a La Grange resident.

Linda Cunningham returns to Brightside Theatre as she was most recently seen in Moonlight & Magnolias in the fall of 2013. Linda expressed that this show, “ is going to be really exciting because it represents a lost era in American performance history. It has a very nostalgic feel to it that will be perfect entertainment for the holiday season.” She adds, “the show presents an opportunity to really stretch my acting muscles like no other show can. I will have to really “stay on my toes” producing numerous and varied sound effects, in addition to portraying the multiple characters.”
Celebrate this holiday season by gathering your friends and family of all ages and step back in time to 1946 on Christmas Eve at the WBST Radio Studios and be a part of the live audience broadcast of “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play”. Watch 5 actors bring this beloved American holiday classic to captivating life as they play 50 different characters, create all the live sound effects, and perform all the music in this inventive retelling of the timeless story. With the perfect blend of Christmas cheer and theatrical magic, audiences will fall in love all over again with George Bailey and the angel named Clarence who saved his life on Christmas Eve.
