LA GRANGE, IL — Nazareth Academy junior Daniel Metzger of La Grange has earned a perfect 36 on the ACT test, according to a news release. Of the 1.8 million students who take the test every year, roughly 1,000 get the highest possible score of 36. To put this in perspective, only one in 1,800 test-takers get a perfect score. This is the second year in a row a Nazareth student has reached this level.

In addition to his academic work at Nazareth Academy, Danny is also a student-athlete with the boys golf program. He is an active member of Student Council, Math Team, the Programming Club and Youth Initiative.

“Danny is creating his legacy at Nazareth through the outstanding ways he embodies our mission of educating the whole person. He excels both in and out of the classroom and represents the many students here who have received such thorough preparation for the next steps in their academic careers,” Principal Therese Hawkins said in the release.
