Hinsdale, Ill.-based Foxford Communities has announced the last chance for pre-construction pricing at Clocktower Pointe, a luxury condominium development in Countryside, Ill.
Located at the intersection of Joliet and Willow Springs roads, Clocktower Pointe will feature six six-story buildings with 18 units per building. Homes offer 1,882 to 2,267 square feet with two- to three-bedrooms and 2 to 2½ baths. Pre-construction prices for the first 18 condominiums, which are scheduled to be delivered in early 2015, range from $359,900 to $550,000.
“The sooner buyers take advantage of our pre-construction prices, the more choices they have in terms of customizing the features in their homes because the closer we get to delivery, the more we pre-select finishes,” said Peter Brennan, president of Foxford Communities. “And, for buyers who sell their current home before their home at Clocktower Pointe is ready, they have the option of renting on-site until construction is complete.

“It’s definitely a reassurance to our buyers to know they have a place to live while their home is being finished,” he added. “This is especially true for buyers who want to sell their current home now while inventory is low. Plus, people like the idea of being so close to their new home – they can see the day-to-day transformation.”
Homes at Clocktower Pointe come four per floor, while the top floor has only two units. “With such a small number of homes per floor, each unit not only offers privacy, but also the sweeping views of a corner unit,” noted Brennan. “And when buyers see the spacious layouts of the two top-floor units, they quickly see what a great alternative these are to single-family ranch homes – plus, they’re maintenance-free.”

Interior features of the homes include eat-in gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, Bosch stainless steel appliances and custom kitchen cabinets. Additionally, each home includes a master suite featuring a walk-in closet and master bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a quartz-topped double-bowl vanity. Residences also come with a large laundry room complete with a full-capacity, top-load washer and dryer.
Depending on the floor plan, buyers will be able to enjoy multiple outdoor living areas, such as oversized balconies and/or terraces that range from 165 to 1,000 square feet and provide ample space for a full-size grill and patio furniture.
