Local Police Department Takes Part in D105 Forensics Class

The Hodgkins Police Department took part in a Hodgkins Elementary after-school forensics program on Thursday, February 14. Students in grades 3-6 were invited to take part in this after-school program integrating language arts and forensic science. Students used critical thinking skills and science applications to solve pretend “school friendly” crime scenarios. Hodgkins Elementary is a part of local District 105 that includes schools from Countryside and the south side of La Grange.
