LA GRANGE, IL - Lyons Township High School has a new head football coach. It's Daniel Hartman, who for the past five years was the head coach at Hinsdale Central. Hartman will replace Kurt Weinberg, who has stepped down as the Lions' head coach.

In a news release, LT touted Hartman's "impressive resume," which includes a 76 percent winning percentage, conference championships and trips to the state quarter and semi-finals.

“I will bring the work ethic, dedication, intensity and leadership necessary to run a successful football program," Hartman said. "Lyons Township is one of the top five teaching and coaching jobs in the state of Illinois, and I can't wait to get started.”
