LT Theatre Board presents improv show

The Lyons Township High School Theatre Board proudly presents:

“So __(adjective)__ You’ll __(verb)_ 6: Who _(verb)_-ed?”

Directed by faculty member Mike Kuehl, Improv Comedy features an evening of high-stakes, competitive improvisational comedy. Two teams will battle it out for the audience’s laughs, chuckles, chortles, and groans by participating in various improv games. The show is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, at 7pm, Friday, September 19, at 3:30 and 7pm, and Saturday, September 20, at 7pm in the South Campus Performing Arts Center, 4900 S. Willow Springs Rd., Western Springs. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children and senior citizens, and free for LTHS students with ID. Tickets may be purchased in the box office before the show. The theatre opens 30 minutes before the show starts. The show starts promptly and latecomers will be seated between segments.

The first half of the show is competitive, and the second portion is devoted to “long form” improvisation in which a small group will create a short improvised play based on a single audience suggestion.
