LTHS Student Hit With Bottle On Bus: Police

The offending students likely meant to hit someone else, according to a report.

LA GRANGE, IL – A Lyons Township High School student was hit with a water bottle this week while she was on a school bus, though she believed that the other students meant to hit someone else, according to a La Grange police report.

The incident happened Wednesday near La Grange Road and Harris Avenue, police said.

The girl declined medical treatment. She said the thrown water bottle caused her hair to get wet, police said.

She and her uncle were told the incident would be forwarded to the police officers assigned to the school.
