LTTV Nominated For National Emmy Award
Lyons Township High School's LTTV, the school's cable TV station, has been nominated for a National Emmy Award.

LA GRANGE, IL — Lyons Township High School's LTTV, the school's cable TV station, has been nominated for a National Emmy Award. The station has been nominated for a National Emmy Award for Sports - Live Event for their broadcast of "Blackout Game."
On their Facebook Page, LTTV congratulated Max Abrahamson, Paul Moorehouse, Michael Garbarz, Matt Cavanaugh, Sean Robinson, Heather Vogt, Carl Volz, Luke Lusson, Leo Bruni and all of the LTTV crew. There are five high schools nominated for this category, including:
- Thanksgiving Day Football Pregame Show, Hudson High School (Boston/New England Chapter): Dakota Antelman, Holly Kerr, Elizabeth Cautela, Clement Doucette: Dan Donoghue, Advisor
- Blackout Game, Lyons Township High School (Chicago/Midwest Chapter): Max Abrahamson, Paul Moorehouse: Bill Allan, Advisor
- Massillon Tigers Football 2017, Massillon Washington High School (Lower Great Lakes Chapter): Zacchaeus Hawkins, Evan Orlando, Darian Washington, Jordan Monaco, Ryan Dugan, Taylor Brand, Kyra Sheely: Matthew J. Ferrell, Advisor
- SKHS Girls Basketball Senior Night, South Kitsap High School (Northwest Chapter): Maggie Degarimore, Abby Card-LaFrance: Mike Downum, Advisor

The award presentation for this category will take place Oct. 18 at Emerson College in Los Angeles. Tom Bergeron will host the event, which will announce the winners for 23 different programming and craft categories from high school student entries across the country.
