Lyon Con Returns to The Corral November 14–15
Weekend of tabletop gaming, board games, cosplay, shopping and more.

LTHS is getting ready for a weekend of tabletop gaming, board games, cosplay, shopping and more as Lyon Con returns to The Corral at South Campus in Western Springs on Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Founded in 2018 by Bill Allan and Brian Thomas, Lyon Con was created as a smaller-scale convention inspired by the larger conventions they enjoyed, with a particular focus on tabletop gaming. Today, the event brings together gamers, artists, vendors, cosplayers and community members for a weekend celebrating a wide range of interests and fandoms and a costume contest.
The event is open to the public and offers something for both longtime convention-goers and those looking to discover a new game or hobby. Admission is $10 per person per day for anyone age 6 and older. An admission bracelet is required to participate in open board games, tabletop role-playing games, cosplay activities and the costume contest. Those interested in simply browsing and shopping with artists and vendors can attend free of charge. Corral members and children under age 5 also receive free admission.
