Lyons Aquatics begins season with a roar

Lyons Aquatics had an amazing start to their season at the Lyons Pride swim meet hosted by Lyons and held at Lyons Township high school on October 17-18. With nine teams participating and almost 600 swimmers, Lyons swimmers swam outstanding, showed great enthusiasm and sportsmanship. An astounding 70% of the swims were lifetime bests, which is impressive given that this was the first meet of the season. Head Coach, Casey Hnatiuk, said “I couldn’t be more proud of the effort given by all the athletes.
