Man Accused of Battery At La Grange Nursing Home: Cops
The suspect turned himself in at the police station, according to a report.
LA GRANGE, IL – A Lyons man was arrested this week on a charge of battery at Bella Terra La Grange nursing home, 4735 Willow Springs Road.
He was identified as Rigoberto Avelar, 54. The incident was reported as happening about 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16.
Police said Avelar turned himself in at the police station.
