Man Accused Of Battery At La Grange Restaurant: Cops
In another case, three youths burglarized cars in a local neighborhood, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – In the last few days, La Grange police handled cases involving battery, burglary, BB damage, disorderly conduct and threats. Here is information from the latest La Grange police reports:
Battery
- A 42-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 5 p.m. July 11 at Nonna's Goodlife Pizza, 42 La Grange Road, on a charge of battery.

- Three youths were rummaging through parked cars in a driveway in the 800 block of Ninth Avenue. The incident was reported June 30.
BB damage
- A property manager noticed damage to windows in the 1000 block of South La Grange Road. The manager suspected a BB gun caused the damage. The report was filed July 1.
Disorderly conduct

- A resident in the 500 block of Seventh Avenue told police that a youth knocked on her door and then set fireworks over her house before running away. The report was filed July 1.
Threats
- A former roommate is sending threatening messages to a resident in the 10 block of East Ogden Avenue. The victim declined to sign a complaint. The threats were reported July 3.
- A person at the La Grange hospital, 5101 Willow Springs Road, noticed his phone was missing July 7. Using his find-my-phone app, he discovered the phone was in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Security officers at the Kenosha location secured the phone until a La Grange detective could retrieve the phone and return it to the owner.
