Man Has Sex In La Grange Parking Garage: Police
He also did burnouts and squealed his tires as a woman recorded him, authorities said.

LA GRANGE, IL – A Summit man caused $4,500 in damage to La Grange's parking garage and had sex with a woman inside his car in the garage, police said.
Antonio O. Moore, 20, faces charges of felony criminal damage to government property, public indecency and illegal squealing of tires.
In response to a public records request, La Grange provided the police report.

On the afternoon of May 10, police responded to a complaint about a driver squealing tires. The driver, identified as Moore, left before police arrived, but an officer could smell the burnt rubber, the report said.
Viewing surveillance footage, an officer saw Moore having sex with a woman in a 2013 Dodge Charger, police said. Then he drove to the middle of the top parking deck, where the woman got out and stood off to the side. It appeared she was recording him.

Moore drove in tight circles with the back wheels smoking, police said. The maneuvers could have resulted in a crash, possibly injuring the woman, according to the report.
The woman later got into the car, and they went to the second level. Moore then spun the car's wheels while pressing the brakes, known as a burnout, police said. He repeated the maneuver.
Later, an officer reached Moore by phone and asked about what occurred in the garage. He said his clutch got stuck and that caused "what happened," police said.
The officer requested that Moore speak with him, but Moore said his schedule was full because he attended school every day. Asked who was driving his car, Moore said his girlfriend was.
Moore then said his mother was a mayor and requested the officer's name and badge number, which the officer provided, the report said. At that time, the officer did not ask about Moore having sex in the garage.
In a later phone call, an officer told Moore the damage to the village garage was estimated at $4,500. Moore requested to be put on a payment plan, but was told that was up to the village administration.
In late July, police interviewed Moore at the police station. He was shown a photo of him having sex with the woman, but he said the man was not him and had a different hairstyle, authorities said.
Moore was then asked whether he remembered asking for a payment plan for the damage. He said he did not.
Police said the interview ended shortly after because Moore was not being truthful or cooperative. He was arrested.
