Money Stolen From La Grange Restaurant's Register: Cops

In other cases, La Grange men were arrested on charges of domestic battery and violating an order of protection, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Friday. Here is information from the reports:

Theft

  • Money was stolen from the cash register Wednesday at Noodles and Company, 1 E. Burlington Ave.
  • A woman entered the dentist's office at 310 W. Burlington Ave. and stole a bottle of hand sanitizer from the counter about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Domestic battery

  • A 60-year-old man from La Grange was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 10 block of North Drexel Avenue on a charge of domestic battery.
  • A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested about 10 p.m. Aug. 12 at 7-Eleven, 9600 E. Ogden Ave., on a charge of domestic battery.

Violating an order of protection

  • Arthur L. Mitchell, 34, of La Grange, was arrested about 1 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 100 block of Hayes Avenue on a violation of an order of protection.

  • Brady M. Rita, 18, of Hickory Hills, was arrested about 5 p.m. Aug. 11 at the village parking garage at 80 S. Sixth Ave. on a charge of criminal damage to property.
