Nest Vintage Modern Invited to Country Living Fair
The major fair, sponsored by Country Living Magazine, only invites a handful of national vendors each year. It's Sept. 13-15 in Columbus, OH.

After three years as an online business and one year in Brookfield, Nest Vintage Modern opened in La Grange in May. Now it can add another milestone, as it was one of just a few national vendors invited to attend the Country Living Fair this weekend.
The Country Living Fair, which is Sept. 13-15 in Columbus, OH, features shopping, appraisals, demonstrations and lots more. The event is sponsored by Country Living Magazine.
Many vendors pay a price to attend, but every year a few are selected to attend for free, as Nest Vintage Modern was.

"I'm going to geek out," owner Alana Waters-Piper said. "When you work really hard and people see you working really hard, they want to support you."
The fair began eight years ago and runs a circuit in several cities, though Waters-Piper said the one in Columbus is "the big one."

According to a news release, "Nest Vintage Modern will be displaying its wares alongside Sisters on the Fly who are attending to showcase their collection of whimsically-designed vintage campers."
Some of Nest's featured goods will include vintage furniture, antique French washtubs, and vintage enamelware, seltzer bottles, picnic baskets, linens, French dough bowls, and grain sacks.
