New Latin Fusion Restaurant Opens In La Grange

LA GRANGE, IL — La Grange's newest restaurant will celebrate their opening with a ribbon cutting on Thursday evening. Altiro Latin Fusion Cuisine is open at 1 S. La Grange Road. Business leaders of the La Grange Business Association, as well as local leaders, will be present at the event.

According to the business association, restaurant owners Roberto and Erica Avila have Altiro locations in Oak Park, Geneva and Chicago. The restaurant offers a "tapas-style inspired latin fusion cuisine" with flavors from Spain, Mexico and South America, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.
