Nickson's Eatery Unveils Remodeled Dining Room, Expanded Space
Nickson's Eatery, a La Grange IL restaurant, remodels dining room, adds a sit-at bar and expands kitchen.
Nicksons Eatery is pleased to announce that they are open again for business after a major facelift of the dining room, expanded and improved kitchen space, the addition of a sit-at bar, and an inspired seasonal menu that includes smoked meats and fish with the addition of a new Old Hickory smoker in the kitchen.
The makeover was announced at a ribbon cutting with members of the La Grange Business Association and the staff of the Village of La Grange.
The restaurant is located in award-winning La Grange and is the creation of husband and wife partners Nick and Carson Baca who opened the doors 8 years ago. Always mindful of the seasons, Nicksons robust and flavorful dishes are inspired by regional specialties across the US. The restaurant concept is strongly influenced by the rich character of downtown La Grange.
