Pet Parade: Share Photos of Your Pets
The La Grange Pet Parade is nearing, but let's show our pets some love leading up to the parade. Share photos of your pets whether or not they'll be in the parade.
This weekend, area residents will come together for one of the best local traditions, the 67th Annual La Grange Pet Parade.
This year’s parade kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Saturday with the theme Miles of Smiles on Parade. But in anticipation of the parade, let's show our pets more love by sharing photos of them here on Patch!

All you need to do is click the button that says "Upload Photos and Videos," and then you can add a caption that includes your pet's name. Let readers know whether we can see your pet in the parade this weekend, too.
To get things started, I've shared a photo of my pet parakeet, R2D2. I thought it would be funny to have him on a little leash and fly along the parade route, but I know it wouldn't work in reality. So here he is, and I look forward to seeing more local pets in the spotlight.
