Photo and Encaustic Workshop at Art League

Learn to combine your photography with wax encaustic at Sarah Rehmer’s Photo & Encaustic workshop at the La Grange Art League. The workshop takes place January 9th to 11th from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Art League, 122 S. Calendar Avenue. Learn to layer a variety of treatments over the wax, including image transfers, color glazes and hand coloring techniques. Push the boundaries between digital photography and a hands-on process of painting to create unique works of art. All papers, printing and paints are included in the registration fee.
