prasino LaGrange is offering a special LaGrange Restaurant Month Menu through the end of the February, featuring some of the restaurant’s signature items at a delicious value.

prasino LaGrange executive chef, Todd Feitl, unveils $11, $22 and $33 lunch and dinner menus that include prasino’s popular:

• Lobster avocado with mango salsa and chili beurre blanc (only available after 5pm)
• Fig & proscuitto flatbread with mozzarella, goat cheese, arugula and maple whiskey glaze
• Braised short ribs with cauliflower gratin, swiss chard & truffle mushroom cabernet sauce
• Seared cod with quinoa, dried fruit, cinnamon, black mission fig & pineapple salsa
