prasino LaGrange is offering a special LaGrange Restaurant Month Menu through the end of the February, featuring some of the restaurant’s signature items at a delicious value.

- Lobster avocado with mango salsa and chili beurre blanc (only available after 5pm)
- Fig & proscuitto flatbread with mozzarella, goat cheese, arugula and maple whiskey glaze
- Braised short ribs with cauliflower gratin, swiss chard & truffle mushroom cabernet sauce
- Seared cod with quinoa, dried fruit, cinnamon, black mission fig & pineapple salsa
“From the beginning, these have been our menu stars,” says prasino co-founder and general manager, Peggy Maglaris-Kopley. “LaGrange Restaurant Month seems like an ideal time to celebrate their popularity.”
