Simple Guided Meditation with Jacki McCarty

In this guided meditation, Jaci will lead you through simple techniques that can be the basis for a home meditation practice. Body relaxation, breath awareness, self inquiry and silent mantra meditation will be explored. The student will be guided to that place of awareness, beyond the noise of the mind in order to settle into inner peace.
