For the 20th consecutive year, Smothers Realty Group remained the #1 real estate firm for residential home sales in La Grange with a 29% market share, according to the 2015 Multiple Listing Service (MRED)/Terradatum figures. Smothers’ residential home sales in La Grange for 2015 were over $61 million, almost twice that of the next closest competitor. Smothers’ total residential sales for the area topped $150 million.
