Mondays:
- Active Dynamic Warm-Up (8 min)
- Injury Prevention Training (10 min)
- Upper/Lower Body Power Development (20 min)
- Max Linear Speed & Acceleration Training (20 min)
- General Athletic Conditioning (10 min)
- Recovery & Restoration (7 - 10 min)
Wednesdays:
- Active Dynamic Warm-Up (8 min)
- Injury Prevention Training (10 min)
- Compound/Complex Power Development (15 min)
- Lateral and Multi-Directional Speed Training (25 min)
- General Athletic Conditioning (10 min)
- Recovery & Restoration (7 - 10 min)
This program is geared for the athlete that has been training all off-season and looking to transition their gains in the weight room onto the field.
To many "strength & conditioning" programs will develop amazing feats of strength for the athlete but little of it will transfer to the sport. Our goal in our Pure Power Program (and in all of our sport performance programs) is to bridge that gap so that a personal squat record that an athlete just put up can translate to a faster sprint in their sport.
