St. Juliana School teachers shake things up at McDonald's!
Local teachers serve students and families at McTeacher's Night to raise money for St. Juliana School.
Niles | St. Juliana School students gave their teachers an A-plus on their fundraising efforts to support local education and funds for St. Juliana.
Twenty-five fun-loving teachers and one amazing Principal from St. Juliana School volunteered on Wednesday, November 20, at the NEW Niles McDonald’s located at 7969 N. Milwaukee Ave., where they served students and their families in a fundraiser for their school.
Margie Marshall, Principal of St. Juliana School, was at the event the entire night talking with the families and supporting the staff. Teachers Safranek, Nowicki, and Hecker wore the pie box as teachers Lyons, Doherty, Stevens, and Nissen sold pies during the night.

The proceeds from the sale of 274 pies went directly to benefit St. Juliana School. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the McTeacher’s Night sales were donated directly to the school, which plans to also use that money to go into the general fund to benefit the student activities.
The St. Juliana community has an amazing network of support for their schools, McDonald’s was busy the entire evening!
