Standard Market and BuckleDown Brewing Team Up For Mini-Tap Takeover with Cave-Aged Cheese Pairings

BuckleDown Brewing and Standard Market Westmont host a mini-tap takeover with craft beer and cave-aged cheeses on September 2, 2014

BuckleDown Brewing and Standard Market Westmont combine the local flavors of craft beer and cave-aged cheese for their mini-tap takeover on Tuesday, September 2. Beer flights and drafts from the Lyons, IL brewery can be paired with special BuckleDown spent grain crackers and Standard Market’s finest cave-aged cheeses, which have been aged in-house in their humidity controlled aging room.

BuckleDown selections will include Citra Clencher (all Citra-hopped double IPA), Reprehensible (imperial American red ale brewed in collaboration with Greenbush Brewing Company) and Fiddlesticks (Belgian IPA).
