Stolen Bike, Racing: La Grange Cops
A bike was stolen from an unlocked garage in a local neighborhood, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – In the last few days, La Grange police handled cases involving burglary, racing, harassment, theft and DUI. Here is information from the latest La Grange police reports:
Burglary
A bicycle valued at $600 was reported stolen Feb. 16 from an unlocked garage in the 100 block of Kensington Avenue. It occurred while the owner was on vacation.

Racing
- Surveillance video showed drivers racing and driving erratically in the parking garage at 80 Sixth Ave. The report was filed Wednesday.
Harassment

- A woman in the 10 block of East Ogden Avenue told police Wednesday that her boyfriend was harassing her by phone. Officers contacted him and told him to end all communications with the woman.
Theft
- An unlocked bicycle was reported stolen about 9 p.m. Feb. 16 from a bike rack at Lyons Township High School, 100 S. Brainard Ave.
- A hockey stick was stolen Thursday from a front yard in the 100 block of South Catherine Avenue.
DUI
- A 29-year-old Maywood man was arrested Feb. 19 at Ogden and Bassford avenues on charges of DUI and speeding.
