Stranger Pushes Person Near La Grange Eatery: Cops

In another case, a resident found a key fob missing from a package, police said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

  • A person approaching Woow Sushi La Grange, 33 S. La Grange Road, was pushed by a stranger with both hands. The incident occurred about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
  • A resident in the 300 block of South Park Road told police Saturday that someone stole a key fob that was delivered to the resident through the mail. The package was cut open and empty. A complaint was filed with the post office.
  • A resident in the 600 block of Ninth Avenue told police Monday that someone opened a credit card in the resident's name.
  • A 22-year-old man from Des Plaines was cited about 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Drexel Avenue on charges of suspended registration, having no car insurance and disobeying a traffic control device.
